The food in the main dining room is included with the cost of your cruise holiday, so there is no additional fee unless you choose one of the premium options which will have the price displayed on the menu. 

The menu is made up of a selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts which provide you with a customizable three-course meal.

The menu rotates which means that you can eat in the main dining room for seven days in a row and never eat the same thing twice. 

Each night you will have a choice of around 10 appetizers, 9 entrees, 3 premium options, and 9 or 10 desserts. We have listed some examples of the menu options that will be available on 2023 Royal Caribbean cruises.  

Appetizers 

Chicken Waldorf Salad

Diced chicken, apples, celery, apples, grapes, and walnuts tossed in a creamy salad dressing. 

Antipasti

Cured Italian meats with olive tapenade, crostini, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.  

Maryland Style Crab Cake

A golden brown crab cake served with a tomato and cucumber salad with Old Bay sauce. 

Wild Mushroom Soup 

A creamy soup of wild mushrooms garnished with chives and a drizzle of truffle oil. 

Baked French Onion Soup 

Caramelized onions in a rich beef broth topped with melted gruyere cheese and baked herbed croutons. 

Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce with parmesan cheese, garlic croutons, and a creamy salad dressing. 

Shrimp Cocktail 

Shrimp in a horseradish cocktail sauce served with a wedge of fresh lemon. 

Escargots à la Bourguignonne

Snails baked in garlic butter with parsley. 

Garden Salad

Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onions tossed in a classic vinaigrette. 

Artisan Cheese Plate

A selection of cheeses served with chutney and dried fruit bread

Beef Carpaccio 

Thinly sliced charred beef loin served with arugula, garlic, and parmesan cheese with a dijon mustard dressing. 

Iceberg Wedge

A wedge of iceberg lettuce dressed with tomato, crispy bacon, and a blue cheese dressing.  

Crispy Calamari

Breaded squid fried until golden and crispy, served with fennel salad and chipotle lime aioli. 

Pumpkin Soup 

Smooth pumpkin soup topped with a dollop of sour cream, chives, and crispy bacon. 

Duck Terrine 

Duck pate served with apricot chutney, pickled vegetables, and toasted sourdough bread. 

Eggplant and Kalamata Olive Tartare

Roasted eggplant and red peppers served with red pepper hummus, kalamata garlic bread, and olives. 

Seafood Puff Pastry 

Flaky pastry topped with a creamy lobster sauce. 

Baked Potato Soup

Creamy potato soup topped with sour cream and crispy bacon. 

Greek Salad

Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, olives, and feta cheese tossed in a red wine vinaigrette. 

Salmon Tartare

Salmon marinated in lemon served with fennel, chives, capers, and trout caviar with a toasted baguette. 

Asian Style Pork Tacos

Pork roasted in a sweet chili soy sauce with sauteed vegetables in a soft taco. 

Roasted Tomato Soup 

Roasted tomato soup topped with creme fraiche and garlic croutons with basil pesto. 

Arugula & Radicchio Salad

Arugula and radicchio with cauliflower chips, pomegranate seeds, cured meat, and goat’s cheese with a sherry vinaigrette. 

Shrimp Ceviche 

Shrimp marinated in lime and tossed with cucumber, avocado, radish, red onions, cilantro, and chili. 

Seafood Cake

A golden fried fish cake served with a crispy salad and garlic mayonnaise. 

Roasted Poblano Pepper Soup 

A rich soup topped with roasted corn, cilantro, and chorizo. 

Shrimp & Potato Salad 

Citrus shrimp with sliced potatoes and herbs. 

Insalata Caprese

Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil with a balsamic olive oil reduction. 

Vidalia Onion Tart

Flaky pastry topped with an eggy, cheesy mixture served with creamy leeks. 

Minestrone

A chunky vegetable soup with pasta.
